Meditation is a relaxing session with the aim to leave you calm and relaxed after. Some people start the day with Meditation and some people end the day with it, all you need to do is set you intension before you start.
The dictionary defines Meditation as:

- To engage in transcendental meditation, devout religious contemplation, or quiescent spiritual introspection.
There are many types of Meditation, from visualisation to completely clearing the mind. We can take part in walking mediation or mindfulness meditation.
